The SBC will be the public advocacy group for the rights of cyclists and promote cycling as an efficient alternative to motorized transportation. Made up entirely of volunteers, the group has been meeting bi-weekly and has already formed committees to focus on areas such as policy, cycling education and safety, and outreach.
